A healthy and dynamic economy requires both frequency and velocity in the labour market. With AI rendering the old, 1950s style CV recruitment process no longer fit for purpose a new approach is needed: Starter4ten is the solution.

Society cannot afford to have these ( primarily recent graduates) young people prevented from beginning their working careers. We cannot allow them to fall out of the habit of working.
